The Work Plan is designed as a schedule set up by each municipality as a plan for what the Intern will be doing during their 18 month placement at their municipality. The County of Wetaskiwin believes that the Work Plan should be a flexible document so that the Intern will have the opportunity to jump into projects and meetings as they arise, be independent, pick the projects that interest them throughout the course of the year(s), and learn valuable time management skills.
