Utility Bills: Utility bills are currently in the mail system. To view your utility information online, sign up for Customer Self Service at Register for My Account Access. This online service allows you to access details about your taxes, assessments, utility bills, balances, and more.

Cheques & Documents: Residents and vendors can pick up cheques and important documents directly at the County office.

Information from Service Canada: Payment Update

To avoid disruptions to Canada Pension Plan, Old Age Security, or Employment Insurance payments during the strike, clients receiving cheques are encouraged to register for direct deposit by:

  • Visiting a Service Canada Centre.
  • Requesting a callback at eServices.Canada.ca.
  • Calling 1-800-O-Canada (1-800-622-6232)

Please note: Clients needing to update Direct Deposit information for their November pension benefits must call the Pensions call centre (1-800-277-9914) before November 22nd. Visiting Service Canada will trigger a change to your payment method for December, but not for November.
