This project for Micro-surfacing Lakeshore Drive in Buck Lake and Range Road 63 north of Buck Lake to Township Road 464. Micro-Surfacing is a treatment designed to extend the service life of asphalt pavements. It is a process where a specialized blend of aggregates and asphalt oil is applied to weathered and worn pavement surfaces to fill in voids within the pavement matrix as well as providing a moisture barrier sealant.
This work is scheduled to commence in August 2022 and expected to take a week or so.
The County is endeavoring to safely maintain local traffic access on this road during the project. Please be patient during the upgrades. Reduced speeds will be enforced. Thank you for your patience as the County strives to provide road infrastructure that allows for the safe travel of the public.
