Late submissions will not be considered. Sealed tenders will be opened on the specified date and evaluated based on predetermined criteria including price, experience, and proposed use. The lease or sale will be awarded by issuing a Letter of Award, followed by finalizing all agreements and completion of all required payments and closing requirements.
