Municipal Land Sales and Leasing

The County accepts tenders from qualified individuals, businesses, or organizations to lease or purchase County-owned lands. Tenders are intended to ensure transparency, fairness, and the responsible disposition of public assets while maximizing community benefit and financial return.

Late submissions will not be considered. Sealed tenders will be opened on the specified date and evaluated based on predetermined criteria including price, experience, and proposed use. All tenders will be handled confidentially and fairly. The lease or sale will be awarded by issuing a Letter of Award, followed by finalizing all agreements and completion of all required payments and closing requirements.
