NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

TAKE NOTICE that the Council of the County of Wetaskiwin No. 10 has been asked to repeal an existing Rezoning on the following land NE 35-46-27-W4M, as shown on the accompanying map.

As per the County’s recently approved, new Municipal Development Plan (MDP), new densities are allowed on parcels of Agricultural land and due to restrictions of the current Rural Conservation (RCV) zoning, the Applicant has chosen to repeal the existing rezoning Bylaw and return the lands to their previous state, subdivide, and continue raising livestock.

As per the Municipal Government Act, any person affected has the right to petition this proposal.

The Hearing will be held in the Council Chambers at the County Administration Office, located 2.4 kilometres west of Wetaskiwin on Highway 13, at 9:30 a.m., Tuesday, July 18, 2023.
