[ARCHIVED] Rural Internet Performance Testing

CIRA INTERNET PERFORMANCE TEST

Highspeed rural internet is critical for economic development, engaging in the digital economy, and working and learning from home. The Government of Canada has announced the goal of providing access to 50 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload speeds to all Canadians by 2030. RMA, in partnership with CIRA, is conducting internet speed testing. NOTE: if you enter your postal code and it says invalid, please click the icon next to the postal code (select exact location). A map will appear with a yellow icon. You will likely have to scroll out to see more of the map and then pickup the yellow icon and move it until it is approximately where you are located. Click ok and start to run the test.

Run the test and help provide the needed data to support improved internet services for rural Alberta. For more information on the RMA and CIRA partnership visit the RMA website

Test your speed now!
