The County is holding Public Hearings on the proposed repeal of five outdated Area Structure Plans to ensure our planning documents remain current, clear, and aligned. Removing these plans will reduce confusion, prevent conflicting guidance, and allow future development proposals to be reviewed using today’s standards and best practices.

The following Public Hearings will be held on March 10, 2026: 

• 9:15 a.m.: Falun ASP
• 9:30 a.m.: Pigeon Creek ECO Farms ASP
• 9:45 a.m.:  Blanchard, Yakymyshyn, Dewar and Swanson ASP
• 10:00 a.m.: Auclair ASP
• 10:15 a.m.: Mulhurst Bay Crossing ASP

All Public Hearings are open to the public and attendance either in person or virtually is encouraged. Written and verbal comments may be given at the Public Hearing.
