[ARCHIVED] FCSS Community Social Needs Assessment Survey

Social Needs Assessment Survey

FCSS SOCIAL NEEDS ASSESSMENT SURVEY

The County of Wetaskiwin’s FCSS is conducting a Social Needs Assessment.  A portion of the data collected for the Assessment will be through a survey.

The project is to support long-term planning initiatives and identify the areas of greatest social and community need for children/youth, families, adults, and seniors within the region. Through the collection of information from County residents, agencies, service providers, and community leaders, clarity about what programs and services are needed in the present and future will emerge. Ultimately, the County of Wetaskiwin will utilize the findings from this assessment to develop principles that can be used to guide resources for the next five to ten years.

Below is a link to complete the survey yourself and share with other residents within the County of Wetaskiwin.    The more data collected, the more meaningful the changes that can be implemented. Thank you in advance for your response.
