There is still time to register for THE EQUUS EXPERIENCE & ULTIMATE BULL FIGHTING EXPERIENCE FOR FAMILIES presented by the County of Wetaskiwin FCSS.
A day offering both experiences for families with children aged 9 and up, and their parents or caregivers.
The Equus Experience
Participants will take part in several different experiences including exercises with the horses and facilitated debriefs. You may be leading a horse, focusing on observation, or providing feedback to other participants. The horses are seen as teachers, and it is through the building of relationships and seeking to understand what the horse may be trying to share with the participant that matters most. Geared for people seeking to build skills for mental wellness and personal awareness, and those curious about horses.
The Ultimate Bull Fighting Experience
Learn about the sport of rodeo bullfighting, humane animal handling and the human/animal relationships. This is also an opportunity to increase confidence, competence, and create connections with others. We are helping to build fans and champions for agriculture.
