[ARCHIVED] Gwynne Truck Fill Upgrades

Gwynne Truck Fill Upgrades

Update: July 20, 2021
The Gwynne Truck fill upgrades are now complete. Please remember to add funds to your account or bring your swipe card to the Admin Office to have your balance transferred onto your new account.

Update: July 13, 2021
The Gwynne Truck fill will be down July 14, 2021 as upgrades are completed.

Original Post:

Gwynne Truck Fill Station System will be CLOSED for upgrades on Tuesday, July 13, 2021. There will be no access to water on that date.

After July 13, 2021, a new pin system will be used to access bulk water at the Gwynne truck fill station. This will replace the current water card system. Each User will be required to fill out a one-time application which includes a requirement for a Pin Number to be provided by the User in order to use the new system. We encourage Users to complete an application and get set up before July 13th for a smooth transition when the system is installed. The new system will be a pre-pay system as it currently is with the swipe cards. There will be no payment maximum in the new system. Payments can be made in person and on-line through telebanking or Option Pay (credit card).
