Submitting Information in the Program Guide
All program guide submissions must be done online using our online registration form. Even if you are only submitting a paid ad, you must still complete our online form to indicate the ad size and billing information.
Ad Dimensions
The dimensions of the program guide are 8.5 inches by 11," and the ad dimension (and costs) are as follows:
• 1/4 page ad | $150+GST | 5 inches wide x 3.25 inches high
• 1/2 page ad | $250+GST | 7.75 inches wide x 4.825 inches high
• Full page ad | $400+GST | 7.75 inches wide x 10 inches high
Text-only entries of 60 words or less (per program) are free. If you wish to include a logo with your text entries, a fee of $50+GST will be charged. Text entries that are more than 60 words will automatically be edited for length.
Program Guide Mandate
The Program Guide is a non-commercial publication that advertises educational, recreational, and personal wellness programs in and around Wetaskiwin. Businesses must promote a program, learning opportunity, and/or community service that fall within the above mandate. Event advertisement will only be accepted in a paid printed ad (please see ad dimensions and costs above).
