Effective January 1, 2026, residents of the Town of Millet will no longer have access to the East Millet Waste Transfer Station. This change will not affect hours of operation or County residents’ access to the transfer station.
This change follows the Town of Millet Council’s decision on June 25, 2025, to terminate the agreement with the County of Wetaskiwin for use of the East Millet Solid Waste Transfer Station.
Please note that prepaid vouchers will not be accepted after January 1, 2026.
