This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by The County of Wetaskiwin (hereinafter referred to as “the County”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for ERP Project Management Consultant, as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix A) (the “Deliverables”).   

The County will be procuring a new ERP Solution(s) to replace existing end of life Serenic Bellamy Software and require the proponents, and implementation team, to work as team members, along with the County’s project team, to fill the gap of qualified staff resources for the duration of the project in managing, supporting and implementing our new ERP financial system.  The ERP Project Management Consultant may be involved in attending ERP solution short list presentations. 

The selected proponent team will be responsible for managing the entire project including but not limited to proof of concept, integration(s), data migration, testing, project management, training, support, and full system deployment that will meet the performance requirements as agreed upon, while committing to delivering a high level of customer service and support.  

It is expected that the selected proponent team will help ensure the system design and configuration is aligned with the County’s business processes, directives and policies. The selected proponent will ensure effective testing, development of milestones for the selected software(s), and implementing the change management processes.
