The County of Wetaskiwin has issued a temporary road closure on RANGE ROAD 43 between TOWNSHIP ROAD 472 and TOWNSHIP ROAD 474 in the Province of Alberta, from 8:00 a.m., Thursday, September 1, 2022 until 5:00 p.m., Tuesday, September 20, 2022 due to a bridge replacement. The roads marked in red on the map below are open and available as alternative routes.

Work is scheduled to begin week of August 22, 2022. Will take approximately three weeks to complete (weather permitting).

The County is preparing to undertake upgrades to BF83244 on Range Road 43 between Twp Rd 472 & Twp Rd 474. Please note, these projects are weather dependent, and the start and end dates for each project is subject to change. The bridge will be closed to all traffic for the duration of the project and detour signs will be in place.
