Boaters Advised of Low Water Levels at Mulhurst Boat Launch

Low Water

Attention all boaters! Pigeon Lake is currently experiencing low water levels, which has affected the Mulhurst Bay Boat Launch.  As a result, this may pose a risk to your safety and your vessel. We strongly advise all boaters planning to use this launch to take extra precautions.

When using the Mulhurst Bay boat launch, please ensure that your motor is up to avoid potential damage. Additionally, avoid "power launching" when securing your boat onto your trailer, as this can increase the risk of damage to your vessel.

The County of Wetaskiwin is currently working with Alberta Environment and Parks to explore potential options for repair.

Please be aware that launching your boat is at your own risk.

Stay safe on the water!
